The supplier promises 60 per cent. In the three houses I followed, the saving landed between 28 and 44 per cent. None of the houses did anything wrong.
The difference is in how the house is built and where the unit sits, not in the unit itself. An open plan gives completely different figures from a house with many small rooms and closed doors.
The cheapest measure in all three houses was not the pump. It was sealing around the windows in the room that was used most.
